  Manufacturing Equipment

The company has 21 computer controlled torroid winding machines and 42 digitally controlled bobbin winders many with integral taping capability. Additionally, there is assembly, wiring, varnishing, solder dipping, process ovens, solder paste screen printing, pick and place component mounting and a 5 zone convection reflow as well as ultrasonic cleaning facilities. The company also does polyurethane and epoxy encapsulation of products plus silkscreen and pad printing.

  Test Equipment

The company maintains a large number of Voltech automatic transformer testers as well as HP and SRS analyzers, meters, signal generators, hi-pot testers, distortion analyzers, impedance bridges, oscilloscopes and loop emulators and a one kilometer twisted pair test loop. We have facilities for life test under heat, cold and vibration.

  Capacity

3000 to 5000 torroids per day depending on size and type. 5000 bobbin wound transformers per day. Approximately 30,000 - 50,000 communications modules per month.

  Customer Interface and Support

A dedicated technical coordinator is provided to ensure proper, current and accurate communications is maintained with each customer and for each specific product. The staff speaks English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish and a number of local dialects.

Full test reports are furnished with both sample and production shipments.

The company is ideally situated and set up to provide design and engineering support for new product development as well as production of both large and small runs to meet customer requirements. Our customers consider us not to be just a supplier but to be their in-house transformer and winding department.

The company reviews customer requirements to maintain sufficient buffer stocks and uses customer projections in a constant effort at cost reduction in both purchased materials and production techniques and facilities.

  Import and Export

The company operates in a special economic zone where there is duty and tax-free importation of all equipment and raw materials and the free exportation of finished goods. This greatly reduces delays, paperwork and cost to customers.

The company is located 3 kms from Subic Bay International Airport which is FedEx's Asian Hub and less than 1 km from the deep-water port which has weekly calls by both Maersk and APL for containerized ocean freight.
